We are devoted to handling any personal data obtained from you and protecting your privacy with respect and care. The Videogyan Studios Privacy Policy is designed to give answer to your questions regarding how we collect, protect, use and share information gotten from the Videogyan Studios website, WEBSITE (the "Site"), the Videogyan Studios mobile application and other applications ("apps") that we operate and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").
Before using the Services, we advise you to read this Policy and not to use if you disagree with any part of this Policy. You signify that you approve to the terms and conditions of this Policy by using the Services or ticking a box that states that you agree or accept this Policy.
We do not perceptively gather any personal information from the APPS directed to children apart from the information collected automatically mentioned below. Please contact us if you believe we have mistakenly collected such information so that we can resolve the issue at the earliest.
Automatic information is received and recorded to support the internal operations. Some of this information is gathered via third-party analytics tools. Internal operations include the following:
* your mobile device’s identifiers, Apple Identifier For Advertising (IDFA),Android Device Id and/or Android Advertising ID (AAID)
* to monitor metrics such as total number of installs, time spent, uninstalls.
* to understand which activities and services are most popular.

* platform type (like Apple iOS or Android),

* the amount of time spent on an app
* game state and the date and time of activity on our Services.
This information is collected and evaluated in aggregated form. This information is not sold with or without user consent.
We may keep certain information from users when they send us messages through our system or by email. We only use such information for providing support requested or the services.
Videogyan Apps enable in-app purchases and Subscriptions for the users. All the purchase options are guarded behind parents control available to parents in the kids app. All purchases occur via Apple gateway or Google play store. You are in charge of maintaining the security of such password as all in-app purchases may be made only upon entering the app store password.
Our child directed Apps won’t contain links to social media services.That is, the Apps will not feature SDK Integration from social media Apps. Videogyan Studios apps do not integrate any of the social media SDKs such as Twitter, Facebook or other online services in our Kids APPs.If any options of liking the page is there, it would be guarded behind parents control available to parents inside the app

We encourage app users to upgrade to pro versions to remove the advertisement from the application.
You can opt out of third-party behavioral advertising through your device settings and other third-party opt-out tools.

If you do not want to receive behavioral in-application advertisements from third parties that relate to your interests on your mobile device, you may adjust the ad tracking settings on your device (such as turning on “Limit Ad Tracking”). You can also reset the “Advertising Identifier” (such as an IDFA) from your mobile device’s settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to your previous “Advertising Identifier.” Further, depending on the platform provider (such as Apple or Google), you may be able to download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “AppChoices” app, that offer to provide you with control regarding the collection and use of cross-app data for behavioral advertising.
All of the opt-out tools described in this subsection are provided by third parties, not by Videogyan Studios Pvt.Ltd. Videogyan Studios does not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.
Please note that you may still receive third-party advertisements in Videogyan Studios Apps & Services after using these opt-out tools, but the advertising you see may be less relevant to your interests.
Your precise geographic location is not used or collected by us from the APPs. This information may be collected for the Advertisement purpose by other Mixed Audience/Game APPs.
This policy may be modified or changed, and any changes to our Policy will become effective upon our posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
